Basic Graal troubleshooting.
If you cannot get log into graal because the graal client is unable to connect?

Unable to connect to Graal

If you are not able to connect to Graal try the following steps below

Check the Cables

Check the network Cables of all devices. This might sound silly but it does happen.
Check the connection to the cable jack or phone line as well as the network cable (CAT5 or CAT6) between the modem and the computer or router
(on most systems there should be a green LED lit if the network cable connection is working).

You may need to replace the cables if the connector retainer
(a small, springy plastic that holds the cable firmly in place) is broken or has lost its ability to retain a firm connection.

Reboot Router

1) Turn off the power to your computer
2) Turn off the power to the modem (then the router), and wait for two minutes.
3) Turn the modem on and wait for the lights to settle (you should see a steady light on the modem) then turn on the router.
4) Wait 30 seconds.
5) Turn your computer on.
6) wait for everything on your computer to boot up then go to
-Once that pages load than do step 7
7) Start Graal

Check the Firewall

The firewall’s job is to protect your computer from unauthorized access.
If there is a problem with the firewall settings, then your Internet connection may not be working.
Symantec Norton is notorious for these types of issues.

Data Packets

If the above does not work then make sure packets are being sent to graal
Do the following.
1.Click Start>run>type CMD and press enter
2.Type”ping”, hit return. If the ping was successful
(packets are being sent and returned), then the problem lies somewhere else.

If the output isn’t similar to this

Pinging [] with 32 bytes of data:

 Reply from bytes=32 time=76ms TTL=55

 Reply from bytes=32 time=77ms TTL=55

 Reply from bytes=32 time=76ms TTL=55

 Reply from bytes=32 time=74ms TTL=55

 Ping statistics for

   Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 4, Lost = 0 (0% loss),

Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:

   Minimum = 74ms, Maximum = 77ms, Average = 75ms

Graal Online “Please Login Later”

This means that the IP is globally banned and is not allowed on the ip list
You will need to request a new ip from your ISP provider or you can
try to force a new ip by turning off the power to your modem and router for 1 hour
then turning them back on. depending on your ISP it should request a new ip for your mode.
Information Source

Please note Graal Online does not like it when users are on VPN connections.
If you are on a collage campus then this can also cause issue with connecting to Graal due to there VPN network.
